DSI Design Services Incorporated is a full service Architectural and Interior Design firm specializing in a variety of commercial construction projects.

Since 1987, DSI has provided a broad range of services to our clients including space analysis surveys, site planning, space planning, tenant planning, schematic design, construction documents, construction contract administration, furniture selection, finish selection, and legal consultation.

DSI has worked on a variety of project types from small equipment installations to corporate headquarters. While commissioned to provide services to a number of different businesses, there has been a special focus on related to the commercial banking and savings industry.

DSI has had the opportunity to participate in the development of a number of "Prototype" facilities for those clients requiring standardization. Working closely with these clients, DSI has been able to develop facilities which have been successfully reused at multiple locations. Each facility is quickly adapted to the new site conditions and refined for local requirements. Development of these prototypes has assisted our clients in reducing development costs, shortening development time, providing more accurate project budgeting, and standardizing corporate images.

When requested by our clients to provide interior design services, DSI has executed each project utilizing a conservative design philosophy in the selection of finishes, furniture, and materials which provided an appropriate professional corporate image.

DSI is sensitive to client needs not only for new construction projects but also on projects related to existing facilities. Working closely with staff facilities personnel or individual clients, DSI has approached many of our renovation projects so that they are designed and constructed without interruption to ongoing operations.
